What Happens Next

After you submit this form, one of our artists will review your request and reach out by email within 48 hours. If your project is a good fit, we'll schedule a consultation — in person or over the phone — to talk through the concept in detail.

At consultation we'll confirm sizing, placement, discuss reference material, and give you a firm price before anything is confirmed. A deposit is required to hold your appointment date.

Studio Policies

You must be 18 or older. Valid government ID required at your appointment — no exceptions.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are applied to the final session cost.
We require 72 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less notice forfeit the deposit.
Come to your appointment hydrated, fed, and sober. We reserve the right to refuse service.
We do not reproduce other tattoo artists' work. We will design something original in your preferred style.
Touch-ups are complimentary within 90 days on fully healed work, for pieces done at Revere Tattoo.
